Located at the eastern edge of Melbourne’s CBD, this amenity rich seven-level office tower is designed to foster a sense of community among tenants. Concierge were engaged by Cobild to deliver a design and construct mechanical package to be delivered in 2023.
Located right on the water in Rippleside, Balmoral Quay is a collection of beautifully designed and magnificently appointed townhouses and apartments that connect residents to the very best Geelong has to offer.
Concierge were engaged by Ireland Brown Constructions to deliver the mechanical works for completion of Stage 3 & 4 in 2023.
Elevation Secondary Collage is a supported inclusion school. This means the school has been designed to support a higher number of students with a disability than a typical mainstream school. Included across the school are facilities that provide additional support, so that all students have access to the same learning and play.
Concierge were engaged by Ireland Brown to deliver the design and construct mechanical package for stage 2 of the school to be delivered in December 2022.
The project works include 1 x PAPE building and 2 x Learning Centre Buildings.
